Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, we offer delivery across the UK.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at the moment, but this may be something we introduce in the future.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and operate dispatch 7 days a week. Delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout and are estimates rather than guaranteed timeframes.

Standard delivery is £3.50 per order.

We also offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over £40.

Food Safety & Hygiene

How are sweets prepared and packed?

We take food safety very seriously. All sweets are packed using new PPE including gloves and hair nets, and handled using clean stainless steel equipment.

Yes. All staff hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and we are proud to maintain a 5★ Food Hygiene Rating.

Orders & Returns

Can I return sweets if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind or do not like the items you ordered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the issue so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the delivery provider to investigate and arrange either a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed within 3–5 working days.
